Beyonce though ... Beyonce
I went to see her I AM ... tour last Wednesday and I haven't been able to post anything about it because every time I mention 'B' I break out in a fit of hysteria !
She danced for two an a half hours without interval.
I have never seen a woman with so much SWAGGER ...
I swear she knows she is IT which had me and my friend Georgia even more hyped .. cause we were shouting like mad resulting in a seriously sore throat ..
''GURRRRRL U SHAKE IT''.
Never before have I seen so many grown men doing the Single Ladies dance ?!
There was a boy sitting a few seats down from me,
with an usually high pitched voice ..
the kinda voice that makes you do a double take
... yanno ..
one of them squeaky 'Are you taking the mick' voices.
Well the way he was doing the dance
... Wow it was something special ...
I swear if he had known the dance to the
'Get me bodied Remix'
It would have been BEEF 09.
I noticed most people around me were doing the same thing ..
People would be dancing and singing ...
then they'd stop instantly and just stare at Beyonce ...
Then they'd shed a few silent, dramatic tears ...
Next thing you knew, they where back to having a full on rave in the aisle.
. To be honest that was me as well .
I must admit, the way she made everyone feel
like they were special was quite clever ...
'B'
(I'm calling her 'B' cause we're just cool like that now) ..
would shout out things like ''I see you dancing in your black dress''
and guaranteed at least 200 women all over the arena would shriek like toddlers.
There was boy who got one of her sweat covered tissues,
and she sang 'Say my name' to him ..
his name was Mikey and judging from his high pitched accent,
he was definitely from Liverpool.
All I'm saying is Mikey
.. wherever you may be ..
If I see you on the 27 ... 86 ... or ... 10 Bus,
I will latch on to your hand that once held that tissue,
and I'll leave the rest up to your imagination.
